Season.
Founded by producer Will Becton and executive producer Amber Becton, Jett Road works with writers, performers, hosts and creators to take ideas from concept to pilot to series. Development, production, recording, engineering, editing and post-production all happen under one roof, giving the team the freedom to experiment, iterate and make the work without sanding off what made the idea interesting in the first place.
At the center of Jett Road's development model is Jett Road Studios Presents, an anthology series where every episode is the pilot for a different show.
Across 12 pilots and counting, Jett Road has used the series to develop new concepts with a growing community of comedians, writers, performers and storytellers. The pilots span comedy, documentary, scripted and unscripted formats, and every one gets made and released.
Some ideas end with a great pilot. Others become something bigger.

Will Becton
Creative development / engineering / host
Will Becton is a producer, engineer and host whose work spans creative development, comedy, video, editorial and audio. As founder of Jett Road Studios, he develops original podcasts from early concepts through pilots and series, bringing a rare combination of creative, editorial and technical expertise to the process.
Since launching Jett Road, Will has developed and produced projects across comedy, documentary, narrative and unscripted formats. He created and hosts Life In Comedy, featuring conversations with comedians including Bobby Moynihan, the Sklar Brothers, Colton Dunn and Andy Richter; developed Bad Elizabeth from pilot to series; and produced, engineered and edited Dwelling with Lauren Weedman, winner of a 2025 Gold Signal Award, and Mixed Generation with Eddie Gorton, winner of a 2025 Silver Signal Award. The following year, Will was invited to join the Signal Awards Judging Academy.
He is currently developing new projects including Three-Day Champion with Christine Walters and an original true crime series.
Will began his career in video production and editing, with credits including This American Life for Showtime, Morgan Spurlock's 30 Days for FX and the documentary a/k/a Tommy Chong. He also performed improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre in New York.
He later spent 12 years at Team Coco, first working in video production for CONAN on TBS, where he shot and edited projects including Clueless Gamer. As Team Coco expanded into podcasting, Will helped build its podcast studio and became lead engineer for Team Coco Podcasts, engineering Conan O'Brien Needs a Friend.
That path through video, editing, comedy, audio and production continues to shape how Will develops shows today: every part of the process, from the first idea to the final edit, is an opportunity to make the show better.
